Community • Silver Sponsor • September 14, 2026
Rival IT was proud to serve as a Silver Sponsor of the 2026 Family Trust Charity Golf Tournament at Rock Hill Country Club in Rock Hill, South Carolina. We were excited to contribute to a day filled with good company, friendly competition, and a shared purpose: supporting our neighbors.
Held on September 14, the tournament celebrated 18 years of bringing people together to make a difference. We were grateful for the opportunity to support the Family Trust Foundation and to host some of the wonderful partners and friends who make our community such a rewarding place to live and work.
A day on the course with a purpose
The Family Trust Foundation supports local nonprofits through charitable giving, grants, and partnerships, including organizations serving York and Greenville counties. Its commitment to improving lives close to home is something we are happy to stand behind.
For Rival IT, sponsoring the tournament was a chance to put our appreciation for this community into action. Behind every local business and organization are people who care about their neighbors. Events like this give us a place to come together, contribute, and help that care reach further.
Great company, shared memories
We were especially happy to spend the day with an amazing group of partners and friends:
- Nick NewellFounder, Rival IT
- Sara MeyerFounder, Good Neighbors Garden Design
- Chad LynchCOO, Broad Reach Construction
- Taylor ThornburgInformation Technology Manager, Family Trust Federal Credit Union
Thank you to Sara, Chad, and Taylor for joining us. It was a pleasure to step away from our usual routines, enjoy the course, and share a few laughs while supporting a cause we could all get behind. We value these relationships and the chance to spend time together beyond the workday.

Grateful to everyone who made it possible
Our thanks go to the Family Trust Foundation, the tournament organizers, volunteers, fellow sponsors, and everyone who participated. A day like this takes thoughtful planning and many helping hands. We appreciate the effort that brought everyone together, along with the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to local nonprofits.
We left grateful for the time with our friends and proud to have played a small part in something meaningful. Supporting the community is a privilege, and we were happy to be part of this year’s tournament.
Keep the community spirit going.
